I – GENERAL:

A price supplement may be applied to you depending on the desired dates.
Deadlines are counted from the day of arrival of the customer.
Reservation of more than 3 rooms:
For any group reservation, from 3 reserved rooms, based on a flexible offer, the free cancellation period is: 

- 48 hours for less than 3 rooms
- one week between 3 and 5 bedrooms
- two weeks between 5 and 10 rooms canceled 

For any group of more than 10 rooms, 30% deposit of the stay will be requested upon reservation and will not be refunded, 50% of the amount of the reservation one month before and the remaining 20% no later than the day of arrival will be required. 

Availability of rooms
Specific room allocations cannot be guaranteed. Reserved rooms are available to the customer from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The rooms must be vacated by 12:00 no later than the day of departure.
We thank you for informing the hotel in case of arrival before 3 p.m. or after 6 p.m. 

Beyond this time, 6 p.m., without any news from you, the hotel reserves the right to vacate your room if your reservation is not guaranteed.
Additional charges of up to 100% of the price of the reserved room may be applied in the event of late departure, unless prior arrangement with reception.
If you want to keep your room later, be aware that "Day Use" rates and
“Late Check out” may be offered depending on availability.
Only adults can rent a room, any minor must be under the supervision of a responsible adult, present throughout the stay. 

No minor can stay or move alone within the hotel. 

The Hotel is a completely non-smoking area, even with the windows open.
The customer will be held liable for direct and/or indirect, consequential damages resulting from the act of smoking and vaping in the Hotel. He will therefore be liable for the full amount of the cost of cleaning and restoring the damaged element or space to its original state. 

The general ban on smoking in hotels and restaurants is applicable, in France, since 2/01/2008 in all public places, namely the entire Hotel when it specifically mentions that it is completely non- smoking.
Any offender is liable to a penalty of €500 which will be directly deducted from the credit card given as guarantee (loss of turnover due to the impossibility for the hotelier to re-let the room for several nights following the departure of the smoking client / mandatory cleaning of all fabrics / shampoo of the carpet / washing of the walls, curtains).
For security reasons and out of respect for everyone, it is strictly forbidden to smoke throughout the hotel. In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in places assigned to collective use, smoking in the hotel exposes you to additional billing or legal proceedings.
Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged 150 € for the cost of restoring the fire safety system to service.
The customer is responsible for all damage caused by his intermediary (himself or one of the persons for whom he has reserved a stay in the Hotel), and undertakes, in the event of deterioration of the premises provided its disposal, to bear the cost of restoring the said places.
Noise, even during the day, is prohibited. The customer causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever, will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without reimbursement of his stay. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, all noise must cease between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.


Thank you for respecting the rest of other customers, by closing your doors without slamming them, by telephoning in your room and not in the hallway and by showing kindness by avoiding making noise, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person under his responsibility, may lead the hotelier to invite the customer to leave the establishment without the need to carry out acoustic measurements, since the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquility of customers (art. R.1334-30 and R; 1334-31 of the Public Health Code). The noise requiring the reimbursement of customers who have suffered the inconvenience will be debited from the credit card of the noisemakers.


A hotel room is a place of rest. All trade is strictly prohibited.
For the same reasons, visits may take place in the lounge or bar but not in the bedrooms. Please do not exceed the number of people allowed in your room for security reasons.

The prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT, unless specifically mentioned at the time of booking.
Rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the period selected.

Price changes will not be applied to reservations already registered, except in the event of a change in legal taxes.
The prices indicated only include the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. III – MEANS OF PAYMENT 

Guarantee
All reservations require a guarantee or deposit. Guaranteed reservations are maintained until 12.00 the day after the scheduled day of arrival. c-Cash

d – Bank transfer
The transfer must be received in the bank account 24 hours before arrival. A credit or debit card will be requested upon arrival to cover additional expenses, as well as an identity card. A pre-authorization will be performed. 

Payments accepted: Cash, checks, holiday vouchers, American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue, Transfer. 

For companies, we set up agreements with the possibility of deferred payment by check or bank transfer.
Failure to pay: In the event of failure to pay on the contractual due date, late payment penalties will be due the day after the due date of the invoice at the rate of 15% per year, applied to the total amount including tax of the invoice. In addition, a lump sum compensation amounting to €40 excluding tax per debt will be payable the day after the due date of the invoice, to which will be added an additional compensation to cover all the costs incurred in the event of litigation recovery. . It is recalled here that any payment made beyond 60 days from the date of issue of the invoice is legally considered as an abusive practice and punishable by law. In addition, any default in payment on the contractual due date will immediately make payable all outstanding debts due by the Customer in respect of invoices issued by the Hotel, and will result in the modification of the terms of payment, i.e. the Customer must prepay any new reservation request until full payment of debts due tothe Hotel du hameau in La Foux d'Allos

IV - EXTRAS

V - INSURANCE

IX - LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY 

Full responsibility forthe Hotel du hameau in La Foux d'Allosfor any loss shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the hotel in connection with your booking at the time the loss occurs. We will not be liable for (1) any loss not caused by breach of contract, breach of statutory duty, or negligence, (2) indirect or consequential loss, or (3) loss caused by you or a member of your group.
