Access and location of Val d'Allos

The Val d'Allos are located in the department of the Alpes de Haute Provence and in the upper valley of the Verdon.

 

Col d'Allos:  This pass is open to traffic in summer and is closed in winter, the circulation is not permitted for vehicles over 3.5T (narrow neck)
The Col d'Allos is exclusively reserved for cycling, on Fridays, from July 12 to August 30, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Val d'Allos resorts are equipped with electrical terminals allowing you to recharge your car.

BY THE ROAD- Join the Val d'Allos and the upper Verdon valley:  

From Marseilles: take the A51 motorway to the "les Mées" exit; then take the RD85
direction Digne les Bains, go to Barrême; then take the RD202 to Saint-André-les-Alpes, 
finally the RD 908 towards Val d'Allos.

From Nice: take the RD 202 direction Grenoble, go through Puget-Thénier, Annot, Colmars and Val d'Allos.

From Lyon, Grenoble: take the RD75 through the Col de Lus la Croix Haute to Sisteron, then join Digne-les Bains, Barrême, St André les Alpes and Val d'Allos or take the RN 85 via Gap , Barcelonnette, Col d'Allos and Val d'Allos. !!! PLEASE NOTE THE COL D'ALLOS IS CLOSED IN WINTER!!!

TRAIN or PLANE + BUS 
The nearest SNCF station serving the stations of Val d'Allos is located in Digne les Bains (80km).

MARSEILLE AIRPORT or AIX TGV DIGNE LES BAINS

From Marseille Provence airport or Aix TGV station, daily bus connections take you to the SNCF station inDigne-les-Bains(schedules from Marseille Provence airport and Aix TGV).
Then take a correspondence  Digne-les-Bains, Thorame station,  Val d'Allos

The station of Railways of Provence, departing from Digne les Bains or Nice serves the station of Thorame Gare where a bus line then provides the connection to Val d'Allos
